5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Alternatively, you may elect to transfer the Service to another project or receive credit toward future Services.

5.2 Infoproduct

Due to the immediate delivery of Infoproducts, all sales are final once download begins. No refunds are provided after access is granted to preserve the integrity of the content.

5.3 Goods

For Goods, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened items. You are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Processing of Payments and Refunds

Payments are collected at the time of order. Refunds are processed to the same method used for the original purchase and typically completed within 14 days of approval.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Certain on-demand consulting and time-based bookings are non-refundable due to reserved scheduling and resource allocation. These terms are presented prior to purchase.
